You will be required to have your own computer to do this job.
You will be required to have hard wired internet.
You will be required to have a bank account that can receive direct deposit for semimonthly payments.
You will be required to be at work on time and to maintain the agreement in your SOW (Statement of Work).
You will be expected to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
Dynasty Solutions LLC charges a platform fee. You will choose if you want to pay a set fee per pay period or if you want to pay an hourly fee. (Hourly fee contractors, will have a minimum of 50 hours per pay period)
Training classes are not optional. You must attend 100% and pass to come on board completely. You will have 30 days from the signage of your documents to find a class to join or you will not be eligible for bonuses for the first quarter.
Each agent that joins the team will automatically be enrolled as a recruiter with Dynasty Solutions LLC. This means you can earn money each time your referrals are getting paid. (For example, you chose to have your payments set each pay period, and you worked 40 hours over the pay period. Let's say you make $15.00 per hour. That's $600 on the pay day. $600-$100 (Platform Fees) = $500. Now let's say you have referred 25 agents. They all fulfilled their requirements and got paid. So, you get a referral fee for these agents. 25 x $10= $250. So, you worked and was paid $500 minus the Platform fee plus a referral bonus of $250. Total income is $750.00 for the pay period. As long as your referrals work, you will be paid for them.) *** The numbers used in this example are for entertainment purposes and does not guarantee, your income potential.
